Who is responsible for your information?

Information we collect
If you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business details, appointment information and message. Website hosting and external services may also process technical information such as IP address, device information and request logs. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an enquiry unless it is needed and we have agreed how to handle it.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- To respond to enquiries, organise appointments and discuss services: steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To deliver agreed services and administer customer relationships: contract, or legitimate interests where the contact acts for a business.
- To maintain security, investigate misuse and keep necessary business records: legitimate interests or applicable legal obligations.
- For optional tracking and marketing where consent is required: your consent. You can withdraw it.
Cookies and optional services
The Cookie Settings control lets you choose optional media, analytics and advertising separately. Essential storage remembers your choices for up to six months. Rejecting optional services does not stop you reading the page or contacting us. You can change your choices in the footer.
Wistia video and GoHighLevel booking embeds load on this page only after you allow external media or click their load button. These providers can process technical and interaction data and use cookies or similar storage. Opening the booking calendar in a separate tab visits the booking provider directly.
We plan to use Google Analytics to measure website visits and Meta Pixel to measure advertising outcomes and support advertising audiences. Those tracking tools are not currently configured on this website. If activated, they must respect the corresponding consent choices. We will update this notice when our configuration changes.
The website uses Google Fonts, which can receive technical request information when fonts load. Hosting is provided by Netlify.
Email and SMS
We use contact details to respond to enquiries and manage appointments. If you separately agree to marketing, we may send relevant business updates or offers by email or SMS. Booking alone is not marketing permission. Marketing consent must be collected separately where required. Use the unsubscribe link in an email, reply STOP to a marketing SMS where supported, or contact us to withdraw permission. Service messages about an existing enquiry or booking are separate from marketing.
Who receives information?
Service providers involved in hosting, video, booking, CRM, communications and, when enabled, analytics or advertising may process information to provide those services. These include Netlify, Wistia, GoHighLevel, Google and Meta as relevant to the feature you use. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where needed for legal duties, security or a legal claim. Marketing contact lists should not be uploaded to advertising audiences without an appropriate lawful basis and required permissions.

International processing
Providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for transfers, appropriate safeguards must be in place, such as an applicable adequacy arrangement or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as necessary for its purpose. Relevant factors include whether an enquiry is active, whether you become a client, withdrawal of consent, record-keeping obligations and potential legal claims. We may keep a minimal suppression record to honour an opt-out. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your record.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent.
